Hi, I'm Lisa-Renee — a Sovereignty Coach, cycle breaker, intuitive guide, and teacher of The Awakened Feminine Path. My work weaves psychology, spirituality, intuition, energy, and lineage healing into a grounded, soul-led path of personal freedom. At the heart of everything I teach is this simple truth: You are inherently whole, sovereign, and guided — and your intuition is the voice of your Higher Self. I help people who have spent their lives rescuing, fixing, and carrying everyone else, return home to themselves... and rise.

My own journey began as a child recognizing the pain in my family and wanting to heal it.  I set out to learn how love could overpower fear in a family and dissolve the need to create scapegoats.  What I learned through my own 25 year marriage and career as a marriage and family therapist was that I didn't have to do everything right in order to be loved.  I was lovable just being me and I didn't have to work so hard for it.  I ended up getting a divorce guided by my Higher Self and into the co-creation of a life authentic to me and my true nature.

With a certification in Spiritual Life Coaching and over 20 years as a marriage and family therapist, a master’s degree in psychology, a second master's degree in marriage and family therapy, and advanced training in Family Constellations, IFS, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Yoga, I bridge psychology and the spiritual to create deep, embodied transformation. My spiritual foundation is A Course in Miracles, and my work is guided by the knowing that you are already whole — you are simply remembering.

We are spirit first — born, whole, radiant, and free. Over time, trauma and conditioning fragment us into parts that carry fear, shame, and self-doubt. Healing is not about fixing or earning love — it’s about remembering who you are, reclaiming every part of you, and living as love embodied.
